We Bring the Full Studio to You

I don't show up with a watered-down travel kit. I bring the same professional studio equipment I use in my Cincinnati studio. Professional lighting, backdrop system, and a tethered camera with a monitor for real-time image review. Your team sees their photos the moment I take them.

Each person's session takes about 5 to 10 minutes. That includes expression coaching, multiple shots, real-time review, and final selections. For a team of 25, we are done in about three hours. For 50, we can complete the entire company in a full day.

We use a dedicated online sign-up system where each team member books their own time slot. Your HR contact or office manager gets a shareable link, sends it to the team, and everyone picks a time that works with their schedule. No spreadsheets, no back-and-forth emails, no confusion.

Each person steps away from their desk for their time slot, gets photographed, approves their images, and is back at work in minutes.

Consistency Across Every Image

This is the number one concern for marketing teams, and rightfully so. When you're updating a website or LinkedIn page with new team headshots, every image needs to look like it belongs together.

Same lighting for everyone. I don't change the lighting between people. The same professional lighting configuration is used for every single person in the session. The quality, color temperature, and mood are identical across every headshot.

Same backdrop and framing. Whether someone is 5'2" or 6'4", I adjust the camera position to maintain consistent framing. The background, crop, and composition match across every image.

I document every setting from the original session. Lighting position, backdrop distance, camera height, lens, and exposure. I replicate the exact same setup so that a new employee photographed six months later will have a headshot that is visually indistinguishable from the rest of the team. If your office prefers, I can also come back on-site to photograph new team members in the same location as the original session.
