Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the K Dalton Photography website (kdaltonphotography.com) and engaging our photography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Photography Services
K Dalton Photography provides professional headshot and portrait photography services, including but not limited to business headshots, actor headshots, and corporate team photography. Specific session details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in your session agreement provided through our booking platform (17hats).
Booking & Payment
- • A session fee is required to book your appointment and reserves your time slot
- • Image selections and photo packs are purchased separately after your session
- • We accept cash, check, credit card, and Apple Pay
- • All prices are subject to change; pricing at the time of booking will be honored for that session

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in your session agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.
Image Usage & Copyright
Copyright: All photographs taken by K Dalton Photography are protected by copyright law. The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Client License: Upon purchase of final images, clients receive a personal and professional use license. This includes use on social media, websites, business cards, LinkedIn, casting sites, and similar professional platforms.
Portfolio Use: K Dalton Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, website display, and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Restrictions: Images may not be sold, transferred to third parties for commercial resale, or used in a manner that misrepresents the photographer's work. Editing, filtering, or altering the final delivered images (beyond basic cropping) is not permitted without prior written consent.
Image Delivery
Final images are typically delivered within 1 week of your session. Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery. Each purchased image includes multiple crops and resolutions as described on our pricing page.
Limitation of Liability
K Dalton Photography shall not be held liable for any damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
