In case you need to cancel your appointment, KDalton Photography will happily reschedule you at no additional charge, on a one-time basis. After one time, please contact Kim or a new session fee will be required. Session fees are required to complete your booking.

If the client is more than 30 minutes late, without notifying KDalton Photography, the appointment is considered canceled and will need to be rescheduled (see above).

Headshot terms: Retouched headshots are delivered electronically. Clients will receive a high-resolution version (for printing), as well as a low-resolution version (for web) of each headshot ordered which includes complete rights to the photos. LinkedIn versions will be included for business headshots.
